it’s because my last name is a bastardized version of the original german. although i do find it to be pretty cool that the number one city is the city my grandparents used to live in.

Mine was Canada. My direct bloodline comes from Scotland but there isn’t a mention of Scotland once. 

Mine was Spain. That’s interesting. I’m not surprised though, my father’s side from the family is Puerto-Rican….and my dad’s mom came from the Native tribe in Puerto Rico called the Taino….her father or her father’s father was on the island and saw the Spainards come over.
